I believe that, performance review is the most if you are aming for next level in the organisation. Its not just entales the performance but it give the vission to know what is your and empoyees goal.

As Human Resource Professional, one on one meeting with semi annually apprasing of employee performance would help to project,  how to place the employee in the right place and provide them the opportunity to grow and develop within organisation.

At the end of the day we cannot mess with employee career being they are the one who help build the organisation to the hightes peak.

Its employee's basic right, myself being in that court.
