I will call the supervisor and ask him about the boy and get his opinion about that team member if he will be negative than means they boy is not good and he is involve in these acts i will inform higher autorities and act accordingly. and if supervisor is positive than i will let supervisor and team member do their job and appoint a man already working in their team to keep eye on both of them to prob their relation and will take action according to satuation.
