the answer will sure vary from a company to another depending on the nature of the company industry we working in, such as:-

1- Repeated sales and loyalty.

2- referals.

3- Service quality verification calls.

4- Depending ratio.

but all those things are not an accurate measurments we did in one store before a test to the Customer , if you are happy put a green ball in the bawl and if you are not happy put a red ball in the bawl.

Although considering KPI index and happy call of customers seems to be the best strategy for measuring customer satisfaction, other measure of the customer satisfaction is that how our new customers have got to know with our products and services? if they get to know with us by suggerst of other people instead of advertisment, we will say that we are in a good level of customer satisfaction.
