I do believe that manager has to be always a "Role Model" for his employees and has to deal with them in general like exactly, he likes his managers to deal with him personally.

We can't judge all employees in same weiight. Kindness does effect  in execution and implementation of orders and disclipine.

Yes its go be A Team but remember your role,However if you are to lead you don't have forget your work ethics...i mean don't cross your work line..

Kindness does effect positively in execution. but all employees will not think similarly that is why we should be kind with employees but we should not compromise our work

Hello, people work according to their minds and people take their homes

kindness is a good trait to have but in the work place kindness can be taken as a weakness therefore it is neccessary sometime to show ur angry side to keep them in order. as long as orders are simple, with a review process ad consequences, ur kindness will not be afftected.
