have just started working with this private company2 months ago as a material assistant, but i find it hard to please my boss because he has never appreciated what i do how ever much i try my level best instead he keeps chopping my salary in stuffs like today you dint work.
There is no reason or excuse for this quesion is totally contradicted to my missions as my point of view candidate needing to find the best way to improve the workflow and avoding non sense arguments that is leading to nothing

As a newcomer, do your best in doing your work as described on your "Job Description", maybe something wrong with your boss's personality, or maybe he has some social problems outside the work, or even it is his own style with all the newcomers.
