What if you are not working in your desired field and you want to switch you job (and that would be you 4th or 5th switch)? Why do you want to switch?

Possible answer for a entry level  could be :I have not find a leader yet that can show me the path, i am looking for a mentor that can guide me to the best utilization of my skills. i work hard but i also wants to enjoy it.
