As a manager, how do you use your ideas?

Share it with the team members and with the help of them try to make my ideas true with in the time period.

We need planning before do something & never put today's work on tomorrow this habbit will more grow your career

by sharing all the ideas to the team it create an atmosphere of ambience which help in maximize the talent of the employee ans enhance the work place which reflected on the total operation. then the last and first important point "profitability" would be maximized 

I am using my ideas to solve problems and find always alternative saving cost and time.
