In a scenario where the payments need to process to vendors and you need the approvals and your supervisor is on leave, what will you do in such a scenario?

if i haven't the authority for payment or it is up of my limits , first i'll try to reach my boss where he is to take a verbaly approval for payments , if i can't reach him , i'll take my decision to make partial payment to vendors untell he back and on my responsibility depends on official documents
