How do you manage large group teams specially when lots of team member are female ?

First set the group objectives... the rules...then re-grouping... creating smaller groups within the groups and appoint team leader in each group. From there, distribute the responsibility and give let them do their task with specific time table... give them credits if needed... respect their ideas and opinions but they should know how to follow orders from the head.
