To work you need experience , you get experience by working , so what's the solution ?

That is a tricky argument; YET, one has to understand that for a fresh graduate some comprmises have to be made specially on the compensation side. Get a job with little pay or even with no pay at all maybe as a trainee or a volunteer within a reputable organization which should build up special skills not rendered through regular education. After a while one's network shall lead you to an upgrade.
