Improvement wil start firts within you cannot render and give the best quality if the management it self has a low quality of work and decipline. and organization can render the best quality in two ways.

A. Proper management with the staff unity with the organization, can produce a healthy working environment, and if all staff has a healthy working environment they can work more effecient .

B. Know the custumer need, knows what are the requirements and open up it to your team, awareness is a window to improvement if all your team is aware of what is needed it could be easy and fast to give the appropraite and best to custumer.
