Are the objectives of the financial diagnosis for an internal analyst in the company the same as those of an external analyst at the company? Why ?

In most cases, the objectives of "The Internal analyst" are mainly for the organization's equity protection, whereas,  main objectives of  "The External analyst" are for the organization's financial evaluation regarding equity, its growth and strength.
