Do people in a company undervalue the importance of a company secretary?

I don't think so that any position in organization is undervalue, yes, there is a job size of every position and based on that every job has its own worth. The job secretary is of core importance as its requires core skills to carryout that job. Like effective time management, attention to details, coordination and planning and this required through understanding of management and company culture.
