Ensure that the project has all the tasks, timelines, resources including budgeting listed on MS Project. The tool will help to see if the project status is on track, one will know which tasks are on track or are falling behind schedule. Most importantly which labour resources are over allocated. When do you need to ask for your resources to work over time should that be a requirements. etc
