What kind of work-culture you will build to increase employee motivation and moral ?

I will promote equal opportunity employment practices for all jobs and operations. Give employees a better understanding of different cultures and religions, send employees to meetings and workshops around the world where they meet different cultures, and religions.

morals and ethics will be promoted on internal workshops and presentations. 

Racism and sexism will not be tolerated. 

Positive Attitude, Friendly environment, Skilled team mates,No races for caste, religion and colour. Team spirit to achieve the goals.

I fully agree with Mr. Zughaibi's excellent submission. Most importantly the strategy should also focus on changing the mindset of the employees, this will absolutely transform the whole culture. Thanx for the invitation

1. Say no to Micromanagement 2. Never force an employee to work overtime - paid or unpaid 3. Weekly gathering for lunch or snacks 4. Focus on quality of work and not the time they spend at work. No matter if he doesn't stay late or leave early from office, but gives a quality result based on his caliber
