What should be a perfect CV in the view of HR? Whether it should be short one or briefed out one?

For me, a perfect CV must contain a very clear and up to date summary of candidates professional details, relevant experience, proof of expertise, educational attainment and related personal details.

CV is the face of an application and has to be impressive and eye catching but do not forget that there as candidates whom has a very impressive CV but not during interview.  While some has very poor CV but has a lot of substance during interview.
