How can I list two simultaneous jobs on my CV, a full time job and a freelance one?

Thank you for your invite. Please be honest on your CV. Write assignments done in Free time from home to improve my skills.

both can be mentioned under experience while mentioning freelance and full time job respectively. 

You can list both by mentioning that you were working "extra" on the freelance job with a valid reason to support. Hiring Managers (and organizations) value honesty and mentioning that you were working two jobs at the same time for extra income would not hurt. It would show an important quality of your character to the Hiring Manager (if he spots it).

The full time job must show in the 'Experience' section of the CV. A separate section must be added in the CV citing all Consulting / volunteering / freelancing assignments undertaken with a brief summary about each!
