Yes so that it is manageable to do your program and projects.

No i don't, as an office employee before I do type of lots of information, thats how I practice and by memorizing the keys as well.

I am not using any program to enhance my encoding skill. I am confident enough that I can perform well my typing skill. But I always looked and search for programs or any write ups that would enhance my encoding skill/speed. And try to adopt it what I've learned.

Yes its better to use computer program or any  software to improve the typing speed Im using alphanumeric.

I use any software (i.e. Typing Master or Typing Tutor) or any online typing lessons to improve or enhance encoding capability. But what is most important is to know and apply your hands-on using any word processing softwares/programs like MS Word, Word Pad or Notepad.

When you are going to develop your encoding capability, look at the materials for encoding and apply the proper hand and finger position on the keyboard. If you used Typing Master or any software, be aware of the speed and accuracy in encoding. Speed in terms of typing fast as you can without looking at the keyboard. Accuracy is the measurement of having errors or typing the letters, numbers and punctuations correctly without pressing Backspace or Delete key.

Finally, you have to analyze first the content of the materials or documents that you will encode so that you can finish at an earlier time with less mistakes.
