Moreover, technology progression is posing threat to conventional security means specially electronic. Finaly, commercial security always have gray area of how to compile a security strategy having all facets integrated seamlessly which includes protection of assets on the move (CIT) alongwith Information security issues.

I think it is very easy. You have to only want to do it. The integration of these facets above mentioned must go along side the owner´s point of view, management, training, budget and the intention to be changed.
In now a day you cant separate these sectors and impruve only part of it.

The best way to cover all feacets of commercial security is to start with an IT Security assessment , it can be useful to identify the environnement to be secured.
following this, we can talk about the IT Security mesurements to be implemented.
The best way is to approach the problem with governance and frameworks in mind.
When we implement, review and monitor frameworks (which includes controls), then its a little easier to maintain everything as a "management system"
All these terms are inter related with each other with out one other may unable to functions properly.
here i refer to physical security. instead of hiring bulk of guards used electronic measures and central command centre with hiring specialized guards to secure perimeter and transit vehicles including cash transit. information leak will also be controlled with the help of Guards and Electronic measures. Information leak also need tough IT measures.
