'Sale" is a process of transforming customer’s need to an actual purchase by exchanging goods/services (tangible or intangible) in exchange for money.
In sales, the seller has to convince the buyer to do something he/she does not want to do otherwise. Make the buyer feel that he/she has a problem that the seller can easily solve it.
Most often people think sales and marketing are same. In fact, actual sales begin where marketing ends. Marketing is positioning a product/service. Sales is converting the customer need to an actual buy.
Sales is only selling of product any how there is no future ralation from supplier to customer.
