In your previous experience, describe how you influenced senior management in an important decision for the organization?

In my Ex.company (Al Qantara General Contracting Company, I was working as Project Engineer. There was steel structures covering multi purpose hall consisting indoor units. Steel structure was completed but no place was defined for placement of package unit of HVAC.

I proposed mezanine floor for MEP service works. I designed concrete beam and slab with existing column.It was successfully done. Mangement was influenced with my works and awarded me a bonus.
