depends on your needs, but I think Dell is the best
1- IBM Servers
2- HP
3- DELL
Well , For me it is the configuration , it does not matter the brand name , i have tried HP , DELL and IBM , as long as you have the experience how to use it and get familiar with you will love it.
HP is the best for tower, rack and blade servers
From my experience, hp is the best!
For its quality and support.
hp prices are high but acceptable when rated with its quality and features.
Dell Tower servers are always the Best Choice.
Finally it depents on your regional area , In KSA I think that HP is most favoured .

HP is really perfect in PC & printers also not only servers

There is no such vendor who can be said best every one is strong in some geographical locations.
I personally believe IBM and DELL.
Depend on where are you, the most important part is support services, in your area which manfacturer is presented better, for example in UAE DELL & HP are the first choice, JORDAN definitly HP, KSA HP as i heard..
