What is my least favorite aspect of hospitality?

There's no least favourite of hospitality,every aspect of hospitality is very important ranging from security guard to operations manager,they all work toward the achievement of organization objective which customers satisfaction.

my least favourite aspect of hospitality is working night shifts.hotels do require night shifts also...but night shifts are probably my least favourite aspect in hospitality industry ...

 

I understand that hotels are open 24/7 and my least favorite part of working in this type of industry is working the overnights. Someone has to do it and I know that working overnights is an undesirable shift. Working overnights limits my guest interaction and I do not get to spend a lot of time with my co-workers.
