Work with different personalities. Every day you meet, facilitate and manage with all sort of interesting people. You are interacting with stakeholders, CEO’s, staff, suppliers, owners, and more.
You are mini-CEO. Here you can practice and feel what is the role of CEO in small and big organizations. You are CEO of that particular project you are building with the team each time.
Interesting work - there is no dull moment. Project Manager is strategic leader hence you should solve many issues and follow a lot of tasks a day. You are well mannered, well organized and a problem solver along abracadabra magician.
Direct communication with customers - You are the connector between your customers and your organization. You should find what the client looking for and their interest and along find the solution to sell the service or product.
Recognition - Instead of planning you are implementing ideas on real projects and meet actual people from different business field and bringing concepts to life.
Planning and scheduling the project is doesn't only means a good manager skill. Rectifying the undulation and paving a way for the profit zone is an complete managerial skill. The way we tackle the difficult situation is my favorite aspect in project manager.
