Authority management is enabling people to develop careers in the making available of plateforms for expression of interests and personal reasons:

Authority management is defining the area of ​​power, limits, functions and responsablity

Authority management is manage:

- The power of decision

- The execution of specific orders

- Employee obedience

- The disicpline

- Abuse of authority

- The relationship between the manager and his subordinates

- Knowledge and experience of the responsible

- The maturity of the group

- personality

There are three forms of authority:

- Formal authority or hierarchical power

- The competence of authority

- The acceptance authority

Responsibility management involves

- Manage tasks

- Define the appropriate tasks to each employee

- Boosting staff

- Delegating of responsibilities to its employees

- Nomer as head of real leaders

- Define the roles of each

- Determine the degree of responsibilities

- Determine the involvement of the responsible in its field

- Manage the decisions taken by the responsible

Authority Management                                                                            

  • Authority is the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience.
  • It is power.
  • It flows downwards.
  • It can be delegated to others.

Example: The right of a manager to command his subordinates.

Responsibility Management 

  • Responsibility is the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something, or of having control over someone.
  • It is a duty.
  • It flows upwards.
  • It cannot be delegated.

Example: The obligation of a subordinate to complete an assigned work.
