Take into account that iam an information security in straight link with dynamic regulation, i would design a guide wich i would call sustainable framework. the framework would include areas to be operacionalized in accordance with occurances which affect the normal function, the so called vulnerability context. this would be straightly controled by Norrms/Institutions/process which together cooperate to mitigate the efect of vulnerability. The five core assets, namely Human, Social, Physical, Financial and natural through the designed policy which determines the modality of access to each in accordance of specifically vulnerability context, would design the appropriate entry ( strategy) for the welfare.
Adicionally i think i would better have the list of responsabilities concerned to the position, to secure the cooperate network starting through ensuring the social responsability with participation of the members, establish a good relationship between the members of community where the organization is located;
Establish the commitee of social responsability and secure the creation of commitee of health and safty in the working place where members should be aware
Plan a welfare and environmental protection and eliminate the barriers to good standards of living which includes zero externalities;
Stablish a functional link between members of social and the organization;
Assuring a permanent feedback between the stakeholders in straight observation of the norms
When sure that the aim of the organization is not in fault, i will keep on stablishing other relations with different stakeholders
