Why have Islamic Banks failed to develop risk management strategy for Musharaka and Mudaraba modes of Islamic Finance?

Simply, it is due to absence of the proper regulations. Therefore, banks are not concerned to adopt such mode of financing if the cost will be so higher due to regulation gap.  

I expect not fail Islamic speculative, but there are few who are contributing to the development of Islamic wealth
