What is the definition of experience?

Experience can be defined as having gained sufficient knowledge through practice about a field that is being referred to, in order to provide rational guidance to handling the situation in a practical manner for successful results.

for me experience means training or knowledge obtained in a field for better performance in this field all this give for the person the priority in many things.

It means you are an expert, profficient, competent, knowledgable, you have ability to change the society etc
