How to reply on phone calls?

I will start by greeting the phone partner and introducing myself and the institution that I am working with and asking about his\\her name so they can be called with. Moreover, asking an open qustion like how can help you today? is a great helping tool. After that I will work on what the phone partner want me to help him\\her with. Lastly and before I thank the customer end up the phone call I will ask him\\her for any further survices that I can do for him\\her. 

Always mention your company name in your greeting. It confirms where the caller is ringing without them having to check and sets the tone for a professional conversation

Good day, thank you for calling I will mention the “name of the hotel” my name is Modupe, how may we help you? The response or the guest will further be the determinant of my response.
