Do you believe in multi tasking? If yes do you think each task would be done 100% right?

When balancing and efficiently multi tasking, no task can be done 100% right. The real trick to multi tasking is analyzing the requirement and reaching the objective, saving the remaining resources to complete other tasks at their required level. Only after all requirements have been balanced & reached, can one consider going above & beyond asks.
