Can you work effectively in a space with glazed windows,but fully air conditioned?

It is pleasant to work in fully airconditioned facility where windows are available. There needs to be a shading facilty to avoid sun encounter.

That is not actually proper, because proper ventilation is much more needed that the use or air conditioning and ventilation is gotten from the construction of spaces or windows that allow the in and out of air
