Some plants are naturally grown without the human interferance as you may find them in highways, deserted roads, and roads between cities. There are various objective behind planting trees along the road side dividers:
a. To enhance the visual experience of traveling.
b. To define the RoW (Right of Way: Right-of-way (transportation)) especially highlights sharp horizontal curves during night.
c. To screen unsightly view from the road as well as the roadside communities from air & noise pollution.
d. To compensate for the trees proposed to be cut.
e. To prevent the glare from the incoming vehicles.
f. Climatic amelioration etc.
