on content page you'll get hyperlinks of daily use documents from all of your system. when you need to work at any document then you'll click on hyperlink of that file or sheet and can work on your document.

You can use the Electronic data system or MDIS (merging data information system) in which you can search your file by coding system. You can also link your MDIS to your desktop hyperlinks.
