how do i choose the right material for any small project and are there any special requirements?

Reliability , stiffness , strength ,Cost ,Corrosion,Wear ,Manufacturing Ability 

 

Depending on the clients specifications, and the end user requirements the basic considerations would be :  

Mechanical properties -  reliability , stiffness , strength 

Cost 

Corrosion

Wear 

Manufacturing Ability 

At first for special material requirement need to dicuss in details with the client.Also if they have any source will also show them that priority. And from developer end we will try to prosped them the best resourse. By this it can be solve and easy to get the special requirement.

Special material equirements are basically determined by client-end user.

 

ask client if he has guideline specifications, conduct meetings with client to collect his requirements, then search for similar projetcs needs.
