Show me a way or solution to make the world realize that non-native speakers of English do have talent, devotion, integrity and discipline?

It is a very interesting question which is difficult to answer!! However, I believe that non -native speakers who show integrity and discipline in their work  unfold the quality of the person. Also, a manager who is not prejudiced  and open minded, can identify these virtues and can help non native speakers progress.
