Training English Teachers on "integrating Technology into Teaching, needs trainings on terminologies and priciples of IT 

before introducing new technologies in teaching we used to teach successfully using mag pictures,drawings,concrete objects,classroom situations...the approaches were efficient easy to learn and improve..but the best and most important is the human being (the teacher)...before dealing with technologies the teacher should or must know that he has to love the job  and own right attitudes and feelings and  right thinking towards his students and his duty..in other words technology is just an optoinal point..leraners shoul be ready to learn and respect and love the topic and the teachers and if they a

Hello! If I am mistaken before we get in to integrated technology training I think we must first give chances for the teachers to evaluate the manual / traditional methods of teaching. We must make them to know the shortcomes and strengths of the old method. Then introduce the new tech integrated way. In addition we must give them insighs about basic electrical and computing concepts. Thankyou for asking the question.

Yes, I agree and that is why I think that I jumped to quickly to this level of training.  I think that they just needed other trainings to prepare them to ask "Why so we need to use technology in our lessons?"

Teaching on technology must be practical way.. practical always important in any reaching..
