What is best suitable Programme Schedule Logic to apply for a Fastrack Project?

Fast Tracking will result on increase of cost by adding more resources and reduce the dependency between activities so dependent activities relations can be removed or at least finish to start can be done with a lead (i.e. activity B can start before activity A end with few days) of course this will result on more rework. This of course needs to be done on critical paths or any other critical paths.

Expecting specific logical answer not generic one

A soft logic or Preferential logic on the critical path is most suitable  for fast-tracking a project.
