What is the difference between customer and consumer? does it affects the sales target?

Big difference. Customer doesn´t mean that is buying the product or being loalty to the brand/products. In other hand, Consumer for sure is buying the product, but of course can´t be loyal too.

Overall, both affects the sales targets.
