How to define maximum units/time and default units /time in material resource in primavera p6?

1. Open resource menu or toolbar.

2. Showing resource windows, add columns max units/time and defaults units/time.

3. You can define/set default unit value there on your material resource.

4. For max units/time, you can only define it at bottom layout under unit and prices. You can add or delete defined values pertaining with time. 

Go to Enterprise > Resource > choose resource you want to define

On Activity toolbar below choose tab Unit & Prices, set your max units/time and default units/time.

If under Unit & Prices does not show max units/time, right click on one of the column under unit&price click Customized Rate, choose on the available options and move it to the right, apply, ok.
