What do you need to feel satisfied in your work place ?

Primarily, you should love what you do. That should then open a flood gate of inspirations, positive energy, tackling challenges and lots of goodies that might otherwise be suppressed.

Meditation, having the feel God is with me. 

It varies from individual to individual. Main thing is to like what you do and get paid enough money for what you are doing. I think everything else is subjective.

I personally feel that satisfaction means different to different people. For me, I expect a good salary, many new thing to expertise and if i done my work properly, then only i will feel satisfied.

All employees are seeking different satisfaction factors. In general there are6 common major factors affecting employee satisfaction which are:

Working environment, especially if job remains target based, Moreover the salaries matters alot, company relationship towards employees etc. 

I think if your boss and management is satisfied with your performance, then you feel satisfaction at all. 

The question is about WORK PLACE SATISFACTION only.

In this regard, we can say we are satisfied in our workplace if we can do following:

1. Distance of my room accommodation and workplace must be top of the line, traveling time should be convenient.

2. Focus (e.g. at office work, i feel satisfied if there's no disturbance or loud noise)

3. There is canteen or small kitchen to prepare your snack, lunch, hot or cold drink

4. There is bathroom
