Genarally I can say that all the universities in UAE are the best ones across the Middle East region. And When it comes to Master degree each university has it's own powerful area and strength in a particular major. 

from my past experience I got my MBA at Wollongong University in Dubai, best palce, best knowledge! You will grantee your future!
