What action could be taken, if an employee or a group of employee bear illegal weapon/gun in job areas?

Immediately and without delaying even for a minute REPORT to the Management and if possible inform enforcement agencies (Police or FIU or Anti criminal agencies in your country) 

Report to the top management and enforce the Law with the help of local Govt. authorities
