What are the best translation tools "software" other than cat tools?

There is a very useful software calls Wordfast it's very useful & Practical tool for each Translator & it has been designed to help translators save time, money and effort by storing their translations in a translation memory database and retrieving that translated content automatically for future projects.

actually, there is no specific tool for translation eventhought nowadays pepole used different diftionaries wesite but I 

A good translator should not depend on any kind of tools , he/she would rather depend on his/her talent , skills and full command of the translated language.

i prefer to check Oxford dictionary with some computer  programs 

In addition to the mentioned software tools, Glosbe and Alma'any are very useful as well.
