I make links to collect data from different sheet in one place. Now I want to update its automatically in date wise. So what function I have to use?

one option, we can consolidate the multiple workshet into a summery worksheet in excel

second option, we can use pivot tables

it depends when you say sheets do you mean different excel workbooks as if it was the same workbook the formula would update automatically. 

if it is different workbooks, there should be an update links when you open the consolidated workbook and that should update the formula
