How do you ensure employee retention?

Succeeding in your employee retention efforts requires you to think about things from the team's point of view. All employees are different, of course, and each has unique desires and goals. But it's a safe bet to assume that all of them want to know they are being paid at or above market rates and have good benefits. They want to feel that they are appreciated by their employer and treated fairly. They want to be challenged and excited by the job they're asked to do.

An effective employee retention program addresses all of these concerns. But it also goes beyond the basics. In fact, your efforts should start on a new hire's first day on the job. The training and support you provide from Day One sets the tone for the employee's  tenure at the company and boosts job satisfaction.

I  would  ensure  employees  rention by preparing   and  organizing  the   following.

1The   company  must  have  an  approved  succession plan

2. Performance  management must be  given  priority , with  supporting  programmes  such as  Talent  review,Objective  setting

3Employee assisstance  programme should  be  encouraged

4Last but  not  least,Open door  policy  to  the  managemnt, to  let  employees  speak  what  they feel  for the  company prosperity  and  advancement

Visiting them during work, encouraging and motivating them to complete the tasks, dividing the work on them in justice and equality, preserving their rights and doing tests or other tasks through which you know the right of each employee, a smile

By improving Orginisation envoirnment and by creating employees values in my orgnisation

Giving and creating more opportunities to employees so as to grow within the company and making sure that employees recieve good benefits.

By identifying the performing emmployees that are performing well and giving them incentives to stay. For instance, to ensure the top-perfomers are satisfied in their work, milestones can be set the achievement of which gives satisfaction.

* Analyse your exit interviews data and find the patterns leading to employee seperation.

* Company engagement is as crutial as Employee engagement programs are.

* Implement successtion planning to ensure business continuity.

staff are looking for their management; if the management is fair with all diversity and give them the chance to improve themself and get promoted for and arising vacancies, staff will love their company and continue 

Career path and transparency between employee and employer and both party feel challenge and should work together to overcome challenge only the way to retain staff .

This is an area where you motivate employees to speak what is best for the company . Also allowing them the benefits of training so that what they achieve will help them move the ladder. And to allow them to run with the vision of the organization.awarding the best so that others follow examples.

Financial benefit is the most motivationl tools. So, there is altenative to increase benefits to retain qualified employees.
