Actually, most hiring companies, as I have seen in many job postings do look out for 'freshers'. This is to the company's advantage, as they can hire a candidate at a half price than that of an experienced one. Yes, they may lack the experience, and yes they may lack the work ethic, however, unlike some experienced individuals, freshers can be 'doctrinated' to the companies demands, and somehow are willing to do what it takes to prove themselves of their worth to the organization.
