Four Essential Elements of a Contract

An agreement must contain four essential elements to be regarded as a contract. If any one of them is missing, the agreement will not be legally binding.

Offer, Acceptance, Intention to create legal obligations and consideration.

Offer, Acceptance to the offer, Consideration and legal obligation are essential elements of any contract, however terms and conditions may de different and vary for different contracts.

The ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS are the features that give the contract its legal enforceability, while the TERMS & CONDITIONS are an inherent part of the contract.
