Knowledge and the sense of Engineering

Learning and perseverance, diligence, patience, all of these produce high engineering culture .. and not just of science

 

Conducting good business ethics, communication, resolving issues and more

I think communication skills because it is famous proverb that one who has good communication skills he has good wisdom 

Every profession has some Code of Ethics to be observed by that person who professes. The same way every engineer is expected to engineer his gained knowledge for good and not for bad. A Computer Programmer if he/she uses his/her gained knowledge to creat a program to be used by common man for his assistance in carrying out his day to day life, it is his/her engineering culture. If he/she creat a program (Virus) that destroy the developed good program, then it is his/her engineering culture but bad.

Discussion and knowledge sharing is very important in engineering culture. Try to get people together and discuss engineering problem informally.
