اقول من محض تجربتى الى جانب ان تحترم نفسك مثل ما الجميع تفضل هيا عباره عن خطوات لتكتسب ثقة من امامك بسرعه وتجزب انتباهه وتعبر الى قلبه دون اى انتظار ومن اول مقابله
1- البسمه اولا لانها صدقه وثانيا لانها طريق القلوب
2- الثقه بالنفس ثقة الانسان بنفسه تجعله غير متشتت فى الكلام مع الخارين
3- وفى المقام الاول القاء التحيه بفيض فهذه تجعل من امامك يشعر لك بارتياح من اول مقابله4 - ولو كانت المقابله لاول مره اجعلها قصيره ولا يوجد بها اى تدخل وهناك الكثير من الاشياء فذلك يجعلم من قابلك ولاول مره لن ينساك ابدا سيظل متزكرك بشكل طيب وسيحترمك جددددددا ويتكلم عنك بطريقه حسنه وهذا ان كان شخص مهذب اصلا اما فهناك اشخاص لا يعنى هذا الكلام لهم شىء وهوؤلاء لا يهمووونيى ان احترمونى او لا

What is the best way to earn another person's respect? ما هي أفضل طريقة لكسب احترام شخص آخر؟ Ancient wisdom suggests that to be able to earn the respect of another person, you must respect yourself to begin with.
If you don’t respect yourself you will never be able to earn the respect of others.
Respecting yourself starts out with a few simple things.
Once practiced they will build into a form of self respect nobody can take away.
First love yourself.
If you don’t love yourself you will never be able to give yourself respect.
Don’t focus on your flaws and negative things that happen to you.
Instead look at your pluses, and your personal traits and skills.
You need to believe in your ability to succeed.
If you don’t believe in yourself nobody will.
Believing in yourself is really quite easy.
Things that will help you are trusting your judgement, not second guessing your choices, realize can do anything, persevere, and don’t let what others say bother you.
Once you figure out how to love yourself than you are half way to earning the respect of others.
People are more likely to respect you if you respect yourself.
Once that is achieved than you need to build trust, lead by example, do what you say, and have integrity.
If you have these traits under your belt most people will respect you.
Another way to get respect from others is to treat them respect.
They will notice when you give them respect.
Don’t suck up to another person.
Just show them the kind of respect you want them to give you.
Everyone deserves a little respect.
If the person does not show respectful characteristics at least show them some respect.
A little will go a long ways.
There isn’t a magic trick you can do to instantly gain the respect of someone or yourself.
It’s a process and with some may take more time than others.
Some people will instantly respect themselves while others have to earn their own self-respect.
Work hard at this and you will be able to gain respect for yourself and from others.

اعتقد انك لكتساب احترام شخص عامله كما تحب ان يعاملك واكيد الكل يحب ان يعامل بحترام 

كن عفويا وبسيط ومتواضع زن كلامك قبل ان تنطقه لان الكلام مثل الرصاص اذا خرج لن يرجع ولاعتزار قد يخيط الجرح لكنه لن يمحي اثره 

كن مستمعا جيد 

لا تكثر من مدح نفسك دع العشرة تمدحك

كن متسامح قدر المستطاع

كن حسن المظهر ليس بلبس الغالي وانما بنظافة والترتيب .

كن صادق في تعاملك وفصل دوما بين الجد والهو

حاول لا تكون ثرثار ولا ممل 

ابتعد عن نميمة وحاول ان لاتكون حتى من المستمعين لها لانها لن تفيدك بشيئ بل ستوقعك بلمشاكل

ابتعد عن الجدال والمشاحنات لانها غالبا تفقدك هيبتك .

احب الخير لكل الناس ولا تعاملهم على حسب مكاناتهم الاجتماعية او اشكالهم او الوانهم او دياناتهم دع كل ما يهمك بشخص الذي امامك ذاته وحترامه لنفسه ولغيره واخلاقه احكم على الناس من هذا المنظور واعتقد بأذن الله سيحترمك الجميع وليس شخص واحد
