Sure,we must understand that this is a forum and people post questions for all different reasons. Professional or not we must first understand what motivated them to post such questions.we cannot fudge without understanding their point of view.

I follow some specialities I consider are important such as Procurement, Management, Exports, etc.
and a few people make interesting questions but you can find specialities such as "Microsoft Office" and don't stop asking questions really out of this forum.
I don't want to talk about the last book I've read and when.
I want to talk, know, discuss and share knowledges about important issues.

No , no such thing as a irrelavant question .Professionals are human and if we act more human and less prota type (professional) we will become more approachable and it will make our jobs so much easier.Think out of the box people .We not working only with computers but with ordinary humans.
